The orphanage house of the United Methodist Church of Nigeria (UMCN) has on Thursday called out the general public to support the orphans, Musa Affos writes.

Mr. Benjamin Simon, the Coordinator of the orphanage made this plea on Wednesday when a lady identified as Miss Rhoda Illiya Asha went to celebrate her birthday with the orphans.

Mr. Simon while speaking, said there is a need for the general public to emulate Miss Rhoda because, despite the lockdown she still had the mind to visit them. He went further to say they have over 100 students in the university already; 4 in African University in Zimbabwe, 17 within Nigeria and more in Taraba state university.
